- ½ package (340g) Cambrooke Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 6 Tbs (85g) butter, softened
- 3 Tbs (42g) water
- Preheat oven to 180° C. Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick spray or no need if using silicone pan.
- In medium bowl, cream together the cookie mix, softened butter and water until a soft dough forms.
- Place 1 rounded tablespoon (about 20g) of dough into each muffin cup. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
- Using the back side of a round tablespoon, indent the cookie in the centre to create the fillable cup. Cool before removing from pan before filling.

To make your cookie cups pretty, use an icing bag with a fancy tip to pipe in your filling. Then top with shaved chocolate or candy. Cookie cups can be stored in the freezer filled or unfilled for later use.
