This site contains detailed information about medical formula which can only be provided by a clinician through a prescription. These medical formulae are mostly reimbursed through the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) after assessment post approval by the PBAC and only for specific medical conditions / indications. Cortex Health may be able to provide generic information to patients but detailed medical information can only be provided to healthcare professionals (HCP). Samples can only be sent on receipt of a request by a HCP. If you are not a HCP and would like to know if a formula is right for you, please contact your regular doctor or dietitian.
