Directions for use
Use as directed by physician. Must be administered under medical supervision only.
Measure required amount of water into a clean container. Using the scoop provided, add prescribed amount of Essential Care Jr. powder to the container . For best results Essential Care Jr. should be weighed on a
scale that measures in grams. Cover the container and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved and feed. If not used within 1 hour of mixing, refrigerate the container of prepared formula and use within 24 hours of mixing.

Mixing Guide – Dilution of 1kcal/ml (scoop yields 9.7 grams powder)
• 120 mL of water with 3 scoops (29.1 g) of Essential Care Jr. powder makes approximately 150 mL.
• 240 mL of water with 6 scoops (58.2 g) of Essential Care Jr. powder makes approximately 285 mL.

Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry place. Use before best by date. Once opened, seal pouch and store in a cool, dry place. Use the opened pouch within 1 month of opening or best by date (whichever occurs first).
