• 2 cups (200g) Cambrooke MixQuick
• 2 cups (200g) mashed bananas (2 small ripe bananas)
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

• Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
• Mix all the ingredients together with a wire whisk.
• Pour batter into greased muffin tins. Bake until the sides separate from the pan and the muffin tops begin to brown (about 9-10 minutes)
