• 1 1/2 sticks butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 4 Tbs water
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 cups (405g) Cambrooke MixQuick, packed
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 3/4 cup cooking oats
• 3/4 cup raisins

Directions

• Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C. Line 2 cookie sheets with baking paper.
• Cream the butter and both sugars until fluffy. Add the water, vanilla and mix thoroughly.
• Add the remaining ingredients and mix until completely incorporated.
• With a cookie dough scoop, drop approximately 40 scoops of dough onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake until the edges are done but the centres are still soft, about 15-17 minutes. Place on rack and cool.
