Preheat oven to 180°C. In medium bowl, stir 1 package cookie mix, 100g butter/dairy free margarine and 90 mL water until a soft dough forms. To prepare half of package, use half the ingredients above. Prepared cookies or dough can be frozen.
Pinch dough by rounded teaspoonfuls and spread 2 inches apart on baking paper/tray. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool before removing from tray.
Makes about 3 dozen 3-inch cookies.

Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year or the Expiry date shown on the package
